The B in ABCDvideos, is all about (motor)Bikes

From a very early age, Sunday afternoon's where spend watching MotoGP, British or World Superbikes or Motocross racing on the television. At 14 years old, I purchased my first 50cc moped from the money I earned on my newspaper job. In the Netherlands you are only allowed to drive it from 16 years old, so the 20km drive home without insurance, without helmet or without any clue, was risky to say the least.

Needless to say my parents where not impressed either when I showed my latest purchase standing in their garage. Two days later I sold it for double the money and the next couple of years I would spend buying, restoring & selling mopeds and motorbikes for a decent profit. Once 16 years old, I drove the moped I personally restored from a pile of parts to a reliable daily driver, and at 18 I got my motorbike license as soon as I could.

Now more than 25 years and about 40 motorbikes later, the bug is still there and my spare time is sill spend watching motorraces, actively competing in enduro racing or just browsing the internet to see motorbike content. If you are bitten by the same motorbike bug, I recommend you to check out my channel ABDCvideos.
